In Shop Service

Just wanna drop your computer off to the shop for service? You can do that.

Please, call us to make sure somebody is in. All the technicians might be working in the field. We work on the machines in the order they were received. Our in shop rate is $80/hour with one our minimum. Our technicians have years of experience and they can tackle any problem.

What you should bring:

  • the tower (CPU), unless you want to have any peripherals checked out
  • any software on disc, CD’s that came with the computer; we don’t need manuals
  • power cord for any laptop
  • we have monitors, keyboards, mice, power cords, etc., you can leave those behind
  • get ahead of the game! Download and complete our service agreement. [link]

Or if you value your time we can pick up your machine for $30 up to 5 miles radius from our shop. Any location beyond that – on individual basis.
