Only if it makes common financial sense as computers come in all shapes /sizes and ages.We would not work on a computer, or advise you to, if the cost of the repair exceeds the value. One of our core philosophies is to: Never spend more than your computer is worth!

We don’t sell computers or parts directly, in order to offer you a better price on your computer repair service we will help you shop the best price of the replacement part online, you will purchase it and after you received it,call us to schedule a visit to install it. No, sorry, we virtual office in order to offer you better prices, we can go pick it up or meet you at a coffee store, or around your home or job.

DO YOU WORK ON MACS?

Yes we do, pending the technical issue at hand, but if your mac is less than one year old, we recommend you to go to the genius bar, as it might still be under warranty.

Do you perform work on PDA’s / Tablets / Cell & Smart phones /Gaming Consoles, WII, PlayStations, XBOX / Televisions ?

No, we do not, Sorry ;-(

HOW DO YOU PRICE YOUR SERVICES?

Standard everyday issues like viruses / malware we have a price range for these types of services. Please refer to our services and fees. Topical and Training issues are done on a case by case. Consultation in office or house set up $ 75.00 per hour.

WHAT IF I NEED TO KNOW REPAIR STATUS OF MY COMPUTER?

Just call us at 612-605-2251 and the assigned technician will Be instructed to call you back with a status.

WHAT IF I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Please call us at 612-605-2251 and our dispatcher will notify the scheduled technician immediately and reschedule or cancel according to your request. Please allow minimum 1 hour cancelation timeline to be fair to the traveling technician.

DO YOU TAKE / RECYCLE OLD COMPUTERS?

Unfortunately not at the moment but we can refer you to authorized technology recyclers.

I HAVE A BLUE SCREEN CAN YOU HELP ME AND HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?

Blue screen can point to a number of problems hardware, software and/or operating system; we could schedule a technician to diagnostic and repair it. The cost is dependent on what the technician identifies to be the issue, but a minimum $39.00 diagnostic fee is assessed and will be applied to the repair should you elect to have us repair it.

CAN YOU REINSTALL MY OPERATING SYSTEM?

Yes we can, as long as your PC is in full hardware working order and most important you have a valid license to reinstall / install. This cost is $149.00 and does not include data recovery and or movement and any post installation configuration.

DO YOU DO LAPTOP SCREEN REPLACEMENT?

Yes we do as long as the Laptop is in full working order less the screen and It makes fiscal sense given the PC age and specifications. We can advise on where to get Screen and you can buy it directly for us to install.

DO YOU DO PROGRAM INSTALLATIONS?

Yes, we do install most programs. Keep in mind configuring the program to your specifications may require additional time / costs. You must have a valid license for us to begin installing!

CAN YOU HELP ME TO INSTALL REINSTALL DRIVERS?

We can reinstall them as long as the hardware device is working and part model and manufacturer are identifiable.

MY PRINTER IS NOT WORKING, CAN YOU FIX IT?

All printer issues can be all or one of these areas; hardware /software / operating system Yes we can fix it but some printers value will exceed what they are worth to repair.

I CANNOT BROWSE THE INTERNET, WHAT HAPPENED!?

This could either be an internet service provider issue / router issue or a local computer issue but cannot be determined until on location. We can set an appointment up to resolve, but cannot quote price until the source of the issue is identified.

MY EMAIL IS NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY

Email can be a more complex issue than you realize to tackle. Your mail provider can be the problem? Your mail client i.e. Outlook can be the issue "A remote or onsite session must be scheduled to determine the source and remedy paths."

MY COMPUTER ISN’T TURNING ON

Typically this is a Hardware issue, give us a call and we will schedule an onsite diagnostic.

DO YOU PERFORM DATA RECOVERY AND DATA MIGRATION?

Yes we do, this is handled on a case by case scenario.

DO YOU WORK WITH ROUTER ISSUES?

Yes of course we know router configuration as this is the source of connection to the internet which all PC’s typically need. (Pending the age and type of issue you are experiencing will determine the resolution and cost ranges.)

DO YOU REPLACE LAPTOP KEYBOARDS ?

Yes we do, please refer to hardware replacement parts.

MY COMPUTER HAS WEIRD NOISES (BEEPING, BUZZING, ETC)

Believe it or not most beeps, tones and where they come from actually tell us something. Usually this indicates a hardware issue, but a site visit will be required to properly diagnose.
